I'm looking for sponsors to start a new forum. Basically, what I have in mind is: you will provide the initial investment for the software and the hosting (for one year), I will bring the members (I have a solid memberbase that will follow me anywhere and I have in mind a niche that will bring a lot of new members and activity), you will be allowed to display ads on the homepage and inside the topics that will bring revenue in your AdSense (or whatever advertising company you choose) account for as long as necessary until you gain double the sum of money you initially invested. I will be the owner of the script, the forum and all its content. If in a year's time you have not recuperated 2 x your initial investment, I will pay you double your initial investment either in full or in a few monthly installments.

We can sign a contract and make everything legal about it.
