Opensource-Socialnetwork (OSSN)

Has anyone here ever used Opensource-Socialnetwork (OSSN)? It looks pretty interesting, but it also looks like it only has one developer behind it. I would love to see a live site using this platform without becoming a member of that site.

I installed this on a test site and it's pretty lame. All of the components and themes that you can add, are too outdated to work with the current version of Opensource-Socialnetwork (OSSN)... they are all about two versions behind.

I've been a user of Diaspora* for years and the OSSN is one of the reasons why it hasn't really broken through yet: Too many alternatives.
