Fix menu after scrolling

Hi, I'm creating a new style for WBB which will be free, I want to fix the main menu after scrolling, take the user panel here at AH as an example, BUT I don't want to use JavaScript, I'm pretty sure is not possible but I hope to be wrong :blush:

I know how to fix it, but I don't know if it's possible to fix it after mouse scrolling with pure CSS and no javascript, I'm afraid is not possible

No, you'd definitely need Javascript for that.
